I tried to replace my posi-temp shower valve, but couldn't re.ove the old valve. I called Iron Clad and they sent out Taylor. The pricing was fair & the scheduling was prompt. Taylor was quick & very helpful. Great customer service and honest. If I need a plumber, Iron Clad will DEFINITELY be getting my business.

The plumbers- Jakeb and his apprentice were on time for our appointment. The work performed included, replacing an outdoor water bib (Fawcett) 12 brass Cut-Offs and a Washing Machine Washer Box. Jakeb listened to our questions and went above and beyond regarding our concerns about the Washer Box installation. He was meticulous in the work and tried his very best to limit damage to the wall. He did a great job!. We have used Ironclad Plumbing for prior plumbing repairs and have always been highly satisfied with the quality of the work, responsiveness and professionalism. 5 Stars.

We had no hot water in one of our showers. Luke C from Ironclad came out, diagnosed the issue as a broken handle on the mixer control. He was able to replace it and we are good to go. Luke was friendly and polite. The whole process from scheduling to payment was fantastic. I especially liked the text message prior to Luke’s arrival where I could see where he was on route. This is our second time calling Ironclad for repairs. Very happy with this company.

We had a number of plumbing services on a single visit on our 11 year old single family home: water heater replacement, toilet replacement, and replacement of under sink & toilet push/pull valves with more reliable 1/4 turn valves. Our faucets were also assessed for low flow rate and minor adjustments made. We also opted in for the yearly service visit that includes flushing the hot water heater for sediment. Travis and Taylor are very professional, competent, polite, and left the work site clean. We are satisfied customers.

I’ve been very happy to have them take care of my plumbing needs over the past 4 years. This past visit was an absolutely free service, valve replacement on my water heater which they had installed 4 years ago with a 6 year parts plus labor warranty. Looking back its the top notch service and speed that first had me hire them and is the reason I willi will continue to do so. Also I've gotten alternative quotes on these jobs and Ironclad has always been the best price without any need to haggle.

Excellent service - professional technicians, quality work. Provided facts and options vs. selling, including recommending to not proceed with a couple fixes. Would definitely recommend them.

Ironclad was recommended to me by my home watch company when I was notified that my water heater had rusted out and was leaking. Ironclad gave me two quotes the same day and scheduled the new tank to be installed the very next business day. Excellent Service!
